AMHERST
Ziomek Field is situated on the campus of the Amherst–Pelham Regional High School. That school is located at 21 Matoon St. in Amherst. The Amherst Middle School is located directly to the north of the high school at 170 Chestnut St..
The Amherst Middle School Field is positioned next to the middle school building. From the north, the Amherst fields can be reached by driving south on Rte. 63 to the traffic light at the Congregational church in North Amherst. Turn left onto Pine St. at that light, proceed about one mile, then, turn right onto East Pleasant St.. Drive about three miles, then, turn left onto Chestnut St. to reach the Middle School. If the destination is the high school, proceed further to the intersection of East Pleasant St. and Triangle St.. Turn left at the light at that intersection, then, after driving ½ mile, turn left onto Matoon St.. High School field #2 is situated behind and to the left of the school building.
From towns located to the east and west of Amherst, drive on Rte. 9 to the traffic light in the center of town. Turn north at that light (turn left,if coming from Northampton) onto Pleasant St. At the third traffic light after turning northward, turn right onto Triangle St. and proceed straight to Matoon St.
BRATTLEBORO
Brattleboro High School is located at 131 Fairground Road in Brattleboro, Vermont. Drive north on I-91 to Exit 1 in Vermont. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Rte 5, which is Canal St. After a short distance, turn right onto Fairground Road and proceed to the high school ball field. The ball field is visible from Fairground Road.
The Dummerston School is located on School House Road in Dummerston, Vt. Drive north on I-91 to Exit 3. There, bear right on the ramp to Brattleboro/Keene. Drive straight for a short distance on Chesterfield Road to a rotary. There, proceed northward on Putney Road, which is US Rte 5. Finally, turn left onto School House Road and, then, turn right into the school parking lot. The ball field is sited to the north of the school.
DEERFIELD
The double-elimination tournament games of both the Mantle and Koufax divisions will be played on the turf field at Deerfield Academy. Drive northward on I-91 to Exit 24 and, then, proceed northward on Rte. 5 & 10 for about five miles. Turn left into Old Deerfield at Taylor Road, which intersects Rte. 5 &10 just after Richardson’s Candy Kitchen. At the end of Taylor Road, turn right onto Main St. and proceed briefly toward the center of Old Deerfield. Turn right at the first opportunity and park behind the backstop of the turf field.
Please, do not park in the grass area beyond the outfield fence of the field or block any walk or path.
If necessary, park on Main St. of Old Deerfield.
Importantly, metal cleats may not be worn on the turf field at Deerfield Academy.
FRONTIER
The Frontier teams will play at Herlihy Park in Whately and Valiton Field at Frontier Regional High School in South Deerfield. Herlihy Park can be reached from the south by driving northward on I-91 to Exit 24. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Rte, 5 & 10 North and, then, at the first traffic light, turn right onto Rte. 116 and proceed toward Sunderland. At the first traffic light on Rte. 116, turn right onto River Road. Proceed about one mile to Herlifhy Park, which is located between River Road and the Connecticut River.
Herlihy Park can be reached from Amherst by driving northward on Rte. 116 into Sunderland and, then, crossing the Sunderland bridge. Turn left onto River Road very shortly after crossing the Connecticut River and proceed about one mile to the field.
Frontier Regional High School is located on Main St. in South Deerfield. Drive north on I-91 to Exit 24, then, proceed north on Ret. 5 & 10 to the lights at the north end of Yankee Candle. There, turn left and drive to the stop sign in the center of South Deerfield. Turn left at the stop sign and drive about 3/4 of mile north to the high school. Park in the lot sited to the north of the school.
PIONEER
The Pioneer Mantle Division team will play at Pioneer Valley Regional High School. The school is located on Rtes 5 & 10 in Northfield, Ma. From the south, drive north on I - 91 to Exit 28 A. At the end of the ramp, drive straight onto Rtes 5 & 10 toward Northfield. The entrance to the school is located directly opposite the entrance to the Northfield Mt. Hermon School.
WEST COUNTY
West County teams will play at the Mohawk Trail Regional High School. The school is located at 26 Ashfield Road in Shelburne Falls. Ashfield Road is Rte. 112. Drive north on I-91 to Rte. 2. Proceed west on Rte. 2 past Shelburne and Buckland to Rte. 112 south. The school is about ½ mile from Rte. 2. The ball fields are located in a vale behind the school building.
Most spectators and/ or players must park in the parking lot next to the school. Umpires, elderly or disabled spectators, and coaches who must bring equipment to the field may park next to the ball field.
NORTHAMPTON
Northampton High School is located at 380 Elm St. in Northampton about one mile from Smith College. Elm St. is Rte. 9, by the way. From the north, drive on I-91 south to Exit 20, then, turn right onto Bridge Road. Subsequently, turn left onto North Elm St. (Rte.9) at Look Park. Proceed to the intersection of North Elm and Elm Streets, then “V” turn rightward onto Elm St.. Finally, turn left at Milton St., just beyond the school parking lot and turn left, again, into the parking area between the football and baseball fields.
The high school can be reached from points west and south by driving on Rte. 9 or, from the south, Rte. 5 &10 into the center of Northampton. Then, proceed westward on Rte. 9 past Smith College to the high school.
Arcanum Field is located on Bridge Road in Northampton. From the north, drive on I-91 to Exit 20, turn right onto Bridge Road and proceed to the lights at the juncture of Bridge Road and Bardwell St. and turn right onto Bardwell. Arcanum Field includes a parking lot located to the north of the field.
From the south, drive west on Rte. 9, then, turn right onto Bridge Road and proceed to the field.
Florence Field is located at 157 Spring St. in Florence. Drive onto Main St. in Florence, which is Rte. 9, then, turn westward onto Pine St. at the Town Common at the north end of the village. Immediately, veer northward onto Meadow St. and drive about 1/2 mile northward to Spring St. and Florence Field
SPRINGFIELD
The Springfield Titans are scheduled to play at Nathan Bill Park and Forest Park, but may play games at other Springfield locations.
Nathan Bill Playground is located on Plumtree Road in Springfield. Drive southward on I-91 to Exit 4. Bear right at Exit 4 onto Rte. 83 South toward East Longmeadow. Merge into East Columbus Avenue and, then, turn right onto Mill St. and bear right onto Dickinson St. Then, bear left onto Orange St. and, then, bear right onto Allan St! Finally, turn left onto Plumtree Road,
Forest Park is located at the southern end of Springfield. Drive on I-91 to Exit 1. Proceed toward Longmeadow, then, just before Picknelly Little League Field, turn left into Forest Park. Follow Pecousic Drive to the Forest Park ball fields, including the Walker Grandstand field. Departure from Forest Park to I-91 is easist via Sumner Avenue. After parking near the Walker Grandstand, proceed northward to the Sumner Avenue exit of the park. Turn left onto Sumner Avenue, then, at the end of the Avenue, turn left onto Longhill St. and, finally, turn right onto the entrance ramp of I-91 North.
