If a PVYBL game must be postponed or its site or time must be changed on the day of a game, the Home Team Manager should inform the Commissioner, Artie Burke, the concerned Umpire Assignor, and the Visiting Team Manager by email and/or telephone that the game plan must change.  The concerned Umpire Assignor will notify the assigned umpires of any schedule change.
